Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in rupees and may change without prior notice. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party gateways such as Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details. Razorpay uses industry-standard encryption and is compliant with PCI-DSS to ensure your payment information remains secure. In case of refunds, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and chosen shipping method. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, and we are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect information.

Returns & Refunds

Customers may return items within 7 days of receipt if they are unsatisfied. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. For damaged or defective products, an unboxing video is required as proof to initiate a return or exchange request. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
