Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Shahla Jewel, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every handcrafted piece. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines carefully:

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled as long as the product is not shipped/ out of delivery yet. When we begin processing your order, cancellations may no longer be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at admin@shahlajewel.com

Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  2. Customized or personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless it arrives damaged or defective.
    note: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product for exchange.

Damaged or Broken Products

If you receive a damaged or broken item, please provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the condition of the product inside. This video is required to process returns for damaged products. Without it, we may be unable to approve your return request.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@shahlajewel.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide the order details and an unboxing video (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we will provide refund instructions.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement accordingly.
    Note: The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
